LUXE BAR POLICIES

The LUXE Experience

At our Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their LUXE Bar experience.

They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS

When booking a appointment with LUXE Bar, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below.

 

The following terms apply to all appointments.

 

At least 24 hours notice is requested if you need to cancel or change your appointment; otherwise the late cancellation costs as laid out below will be charged.

 

Cancellation or change of treatment times within 24 hours of your booking will incur a charge of the full treatment value. Any deposit paid will be not be refunded to cover this cost along with the outstanding amount.

 

 As we are unable to judge reasons for change, cancellation or non-arrival, clients are reminded that no exceptions to the above conditions will be made and that any booking made with the salon (verbal or written) forms a legally binding contract regarding this.

 

Any clients that do not attend the appointment without informing us "no show" clients, may not be booked in with LUXE bar again in the future.

 

Here at LUXE bar we work hard to accommodate your requests and respectfully ask that you inform us ASAP (more notice the better) if your appointment is no longer needed to avoid cancellation charges.

DEPOSITS

We may also take a non refundable deposit from you to secure your booking with us, this will be deducted from your treatment cost on the day of your treatments.

If you have paid your deposit to us and wish to change your appointment (giving us sufficient notice) your deposit maybe transferred to secure your future appointment.

If you have paid your deposit and no long require your service this will be non refundable. 

Patch Testing- If you have paid a deposit for your future appointment and have a allergy to the patch test we will discuss transferring the deposit to another treatment.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please note that if clients arrive late for an appointment the treatment time will be shortened to ensure subsequent treatments run on time. The full price of the treatment will be charged.

 

If any client is 15 minutes late the treatment can be cancelled and full payment taken.

CHILDREN

We respectfully ask that adults do not bring children under the age of 14 into the salon for health and safety reasons and to keep noise levels to a minimum.

CONFIDENTIALITY

We take the issue of client confidentiality very seriously.  All personal information and treatment details are kept securely and in confidence and will not be disclosed to any third party outside of the Luxe Bar business.

GIFT VOUCHERS

​

Luxe Bar vouchers are available all year round and the make the perfect gift for someone special, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Christmas or an ideal way to say “Thank You”.

 

Our gift vouchers let the recipient choose their perfect beauty treatment or combination of beauty treatments, which they can redeem whenever they choose and do not have to be redeemed in one transaction making them completely flexible.

Our gift vouchers have a 1 year expiry date, and bookings can be made any time during that period.

Vouchers can be ordered over the phone and you can call into to the salon to pick them up.
You can either buy a monetary value, or for a more personal touch, you can buy a specific treatment.
Monetary Vouchers can be spent on all treatments and products and don’t have to be used all at the same time, as long as it is within the 1 year expiry period.

Please note we require cash payment for gift vouchers.

PATCH TESTING

​

We require patch tests to be carried out up to 24 hours before some of our treatments that involve tint or products near the eye.

Patch testing is required for eyebrow/eyelash tint, HD brows, eyelash extensions and Lash Lifts.

Please make sure this has been completed by the salon prior to your appointment as your treatment may not be able to go ahead without this and you may still be charged for your treatment if this is less then 24 hours notice.

PAYMENT

We prefer cash payments.
